 Return Policy

Each jewel can be returned  within 30 days from the date when the order is delivered, to the responsability of the buyer.

The refund of the purchase will be automatic; restituitions are made using the same method of the original payement.

The exchange or substitution for a different object is not possible. Jewels that have been customized are nonrefundable.

How to return:
1) Send a copy of the return form to an e-mail address provided with your data (email, name and address)
2) You will receive a confirmation email stating the address for returns, which is only for use on returned items.
3) Send along with a printed copy of the return form the following items:
 - Jewelry, which should not have been used, in perfect condition.
 - Include all packages, including the warranty.
 - Return the sales receipt.
 - The printed version of the return form, duly signed.
Once your item has been returned, the order cancellation will take effect after:
a) Arriving to return address within the deadline defined
b) our Quality Department examines your jewelry and make sure the jewel (s) is in its original condition (including product packaging and warranty).

Please, note that items showing signs of use, size alterations (by other jeweller) or are damaged in any way, can't be accepted for refund. You will be notified by email if your refund was accepted or not.

  Each jewel has an exclusive design and is sent with a product warranty. The warranty is valid for two years, starting at the purchase date. The warranty has detailed informations about the jewel, the level of purity of gold or silver, as well as about stones and quilates, guaranteeing the fabric and any defects for the jewels purchased in the online store.

The warranty only covers damages that are not created by accidents, inadequate use or wear. Depending on the damage level, viability and availability of substitution pices, the object will be repared or substitued by other of the same value.

This warranty service is free of charge. The damaged product must be sent to us (please see the costumer service page to more detailed instructions). The jewels must be sent by registed letter, with insurance, as we will not be responsabilized by losts, damages or theft occured during transport.
